Head Instructor: Master Ben Couturier
As a husband, father of 3 and head instructor at Champion, I find that I have a unique story regarding my path into Taekwondo. I remember back when I brought my oldest child to his first Taekwondo class. I was so proud that I was able to provide an avenue to have him pursue a martial art. After watching from the side of the class for the first year I found myself thinking…"I can do that." What I found was it was a lot harder to take that first step and join the class than any of the classes that I attended after that. I now have the joy of attending all of the classes with each of my family members. We decided long ago that if we were going to do anything, we were going to do it as a family. Currently I am NCCP certified as Assistant Instructor and Dojang Coach.

TKD Kids
This class is based on fun, high energy, games and we throw in some TKD instruction in between all of that. This exposes children 4-7yrs old to the art of Taekwondo. It is a positive environment that instructs in a safe and creative way.
Beginners
This class brings individuals, couples, and families together in one class. It is a great teaching environment to have all of the beginner belts together to be able to focus on the fundamentals.
CST
CST stands for Champion Sparring Team. The CST program is a service for athletes/coaches looking for a comprehensive training resource to fulfill their developmental and elite-performance needs. Please contact Master Ben for more details.
